ROll-10min/ neck/ shoulder rotations-3 min/ Skinny PVC-4min/ Bird Dogs-2 min

Active warm up-  Med Ball Cleans- full Progression Practice -15min



5 rounds for time of

10 Box Jumps

10 Power Skips..

-no rebounding off of the ground on the box jumps

-skip high, use your arms and by gosh  SMILE!!
