For those of us wondering about the close out with a 6 mile run…..give it some serious thought and read everything…you will probably figure it out…

it was a fantastic day of classes and the community here produced an energy today that was awe inspiring.  First Bring a Friend day and it was a great success.  Thanks to all who participated!!!
